The oven features user-friendly electro-mechanical controls with both timed and infinite cooking modes, allowing for precise cooking across a temperature range of 200°F to 520°F.
Equipped with a bi-directional auto-reversing fan, it ensures even heat distribution for consistent results. The interior lighting enhances visibility while cooking, and the right-hinged door with a left-opening design includes a dual-pane glass window for easy monitoring.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the MKFA 464 S includes four wire racks for flexible cooking options. It comes with an installation kit that features a drain system and water supply connections. With a power output of 7.9-9.1 kW, it operates on 208v/240v and is compatible with both three-phase and single-phase power. The oven is cETLus and ETL-sanitation certified, ensuring it meets industry standards for safety and hygiene. Cord and plug are not included.
