This millennial double-stacked unit accommodates up to eight full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans or sixteen GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans, making it ideal for large-scale cooking. Each oven features intuitive touch screen controls and is programmable with up to 500 recipes, allowing for up to 10 stages of cooking per recipe.
Equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity and USB ports, the ST-464-464 enables easy recipe management and updates. The right-hinged doors with thermal-reflective interior glass ensure optimal heat retention, while the bi-directional, multi-speed, auto-reversing fans provide even cooking results.
