It is equipped with three aluminum tubular burners that deliver a powerful 45,000 BTU output, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The temperature range of 125°F to 550°F allows for precise control over your cooking process, making it suitable for a variety of dishes. The fully insulated cabinet retains heat effectively, while the right-hinged door provides easy access to your food. The galvanized exterior ensures durability and resistance to the elements. Included with the roaster are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, enhancing your cooking options.
