This MasterRange® Smokehouse operates on natural gas and features a spacious 30" cooking area. Equipped with four aluminum tubular burners, it delivers a powerful 60,000 BTU output, ensuring efficient heating and cooking. The temperature range is adjustable from 125°F to 550°F, allowing for precise control over your cooking process. The fully insulated cabinet retains heat effectively, while the right-hinged door provides easy access to your food. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and sides, along with a galvanized top and rear, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of outdoor cooking. Included with the roaster are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, enhancing your cooking versatility.
