The Traulsen UST276-D is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a low-profile flat cover and two drawers, each capable of holding six 1/6 pans (not included). The top rail accommodates six 1/6 pans, 4" deep (included), and can also fit pans up to 6" deep.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability, the unit includes anodized aluminum interiors and a galvanized exterior back and bottom. The full-length reversible cutting board provides ample workspace, while the rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling.
