The Traulsen UST6024-LL-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 60" wide and features a low-profile flat lid for easy access. It holds up to 24 (1/6) pans that are 4" deep, with the capability to accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The full-length white reversible cutting board provides ample workspace, while the two stainless steel doors, both hinged on the left, ensure durability and easy operation. Constructed with a stainless steel top, sides, and back, along with a galvanized bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The anodized aluminum interior includes four shelves for organized storage. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling.
