The True STR2HPT-2G-2S is a high-performance pass-thru heated cabinet designed for efficiency and durability. This two-section unit features two glass doors at the front and two stainless steel doors at the rear, ensuring easy access from both sides. Equipped with locks and cam-lift hinges, it provides secure storage while maintaining a sleek appearance. The digital temperature control allows for precise adjustments, ensuring optimal food holding conditions. The cabinet includes two interior kits for versatile organization. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, as well as a stainless steel interior, it offers exceptional durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" castors, making it easy to reposition as needed. With a powerful 3.0kW heating element and compatibility with 208-240v/60/1-ph power supply (requires hard wiring), this cabinet is built to meet the demands of any commercial kitchen.
