Description
The True TSSU-48-10-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. It features ten 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, providing ample space for ingredient storage. The unit is equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover to maintain optimal temperature and freshness. An 11-3/4"D cutting board offers a convenient workspace for food preparation. This model includes two full doors for easy access and four PVC coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage options. The durable construction consists of a stainless steel top, front, and sides, with a GalFan coated steel back and an aluminum interior featuring a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning and maintenance. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the True TSSU-48-10-HC operates efficiently with a 1/3 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 5.8 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cULus and UL EPH classification standards. Proudly made in the USA, this unit combines functionality and reliability for any commercial kitchen.
