The Unox XAVL-2021-HPRS is a versatile electric combi oven designed for professional kitchens. This floor model features a spacious capacity, accommodating up to 20 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 40 hotel-size pans. Equipped with MIND.Maps™ technology, it allows for programmable menu settings to streamline cooking processes. The oven offers 3-5/16" shelf spacing for flexible cooking arrangements and includes a glass door with a right-to-left opening for easy access.
Constructed from marine-grade stainless steel, both the interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. The oven is NSF and cMETus certified, meeting high safety and sanitation standards. The package includes the XEVTL-2021 trolley, specifically designed to hold 40 full hotel-size pans, with optional adapter grids (GRP521) available for accommodating 18" x 26" sheet pans. A water line connection is also provided, compatible with a ¾” MPT water connection within three feet of the oven's placement, enhancing steam cooking capabilities.
