The Vollrath 37095 Serving Counter is a versatile hot and cold food station designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 74"W x 28"D x 34"H, this modular countertop features three hot well openings, each measuring 11-7/8" x 19-7/8" x 6-3/8", and one refrigerated cold pan opening of 24" x 19-7/8". The Touch-Temp electronic control panel allows for precise temperature management of the hot wells, which are equipped with manifold drains for easy maintenance. The cold pan includes a 1" drain for convenient drainage. Constructed from 18/300 series stainless steel for the top and wells, and 18/400 series stainless steel for the enclosed base, this unit ensures long-lasting performance. The stainless steel unibody construction adds to its strength and stability. It is equipped with four heavy-duty swivel casters with brakes for easy mobility.
