The Vulcan 3TR45CF PowerFry3™ Fryer is a high-efficiency gas fryer designed for commercial kitchens. With a width of 46-1/2 inches, it features three batteries, each with a capacity of 45-50 lbs per vat, allowing for large volume frying. The programmable computer control includes melt cycles for added convenience. Equipped with a ThreePass™ heat transfer system, this fryer ensures optimal cooking performance while maintaining energy efficiency. The electronic ignition provides reliable startup, and the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system enhances oil life and food quality. The fryer comes with twin baskets for simultaneous frying and is housed in a durable stainless steel cabinet and fry tank. It features adjustable casters, including two swivel locking and two non-locking, for easy mobility.
