Vulcan ET100

The Vulcan ET100 is a fully jacketed electric stationary kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a 100-gallon capacity. It features a spring-assisted hinged cover with a heavy-duty pivot assembly for easy access. The kettle is equipped with a 2" plug draw-off valve that includes a perforated strainer for efficient draining. A graduated measuring rod allows for precise ingredient measurement, while the faucet bracket adds convenience for filling and serving. Constructed from durable stainless steel with a 316 series stainless steel liner, the Vulcan ET100 ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. The flanged feet provide stability and support during operation.
