Description
The Vulcan K40GL is a stationary gas kettle designed for high-volume cooking with a true working capacity of 40 gallons. Its 2/3 jacketed design ensures efficient heat distribution, while the 316 series stainless steel liner with an ellipsoidal bottom enhances durability and performance. The kettle features a spring assist cover equipped with a condensate ring for easy access and moisture control. A 2" compression draw-off valve with a perforated strainer allows for smooth and efficient draining. The included faucet bracket adds convenience for filling and cleaning. With robust stainless steel construction and a powerful 100,000 BTU output, the Vulcan K40GL is ideal for commercial kitchens seeking reliability and efficiency.
