The Vulcan K60ELT is a high-capacity electric tilting kettle designed for commercial kitchens. With a true working capacity of 60 gallons, it features a 2/3 jacketed design for efficient heating. The kettle is constructed from durable 316 series stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. Its ellipsoidal bottom promotes even heat distribution, while the manual tilt mechanism allows for easy pouring and serving.
