The durable cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and are easy to clean. Its modular base allows for flexible kitchen configurations, while the stainless steel construction of the front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The 1-1/4" front gas manifold supports a total output of 99,000 BTU, making it ideal for busy kitchens. This broiler is NSF and CSA Star certified, meeting rigorous safety and performance standards.
