The Vulcan VPT18 is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding and transport. It accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" x 1" pans or 36 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food service needs. The cabinet features a forced air blower for even heat distribution, ensuring food stays at optimal temperatures.
Equipped with side-mounted push handles for easy maneuverability, the recessed control panel allows for straightforward operation. An analog thermometer provides accurate temperature readings up to 190°F. The unit includes 15 pairs of universal tray slides that are adjustable at 1-1/2" on center, offering flexibility in tray placement. Constructed from durable 20-gauge stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the Vulcan VPT18 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It rolls smoothly on 5" casters and meets cULus and UL EPH classification standards for safety and performance.
