The Winston Industries HOV3-05UV is a mobile, half-height proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and temperature control. This CVap® Holding Cabinet features insulated construction and convection heating, accommodating up to five 18” x 26” sheet pans, ten 13” x 18” sheet pans, or ten 12” x 20” hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack.
Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle for easy access, it also includes a user-friendly membrane control panel. The cabinet supports HACCP temperature downloads for food safety compliance and features CVap technology for precise temperature management. A USB port allows for convenient data transfer, while the manual water fill system ensures consistent humidity levels.
Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the HOV3-05UV meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for professional kitchens.
