The Winston Industries HOV3-10UV is a mobile, full-size proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and temperature control. It features CVap® technology, ensuring consistent and precise temperature management. This cabinet accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans, twenty 13" x 18" sheet pans, or twenty 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack.
Equipped with two field-reversible hinged solid doors and a magnetic door handle, the cabinet offers easy access and secure closure. The ball valve drain simplifies cleaning, while the membrane control panel allows for straightforward operation. HACCP temperature downloads and a USB port enhance functionality for monitoring and data management.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the HOV3-10UV is built for longevity and ease of maintenance. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, consuming 1800 watts and 15 amps, and is certified by CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation for safety and compliance.
