The Winston Industries HOV5-14SP is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and convenience. This full-size, insulated convection holding cabinet accommodates up to 14 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans, 28 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 14 hotel pans measuring 12" x 20". With a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack, it ensures reliable performance for various food service needs. Equipped with two field-reversible hinged solid Dutch doors and a magnetic door handle, the cabinet offers easy access and secure closure. The advanced C-Touch control system features a processor for precise temperature management and HACCP temperature downloads, ensuring food safety and compliance. Additional USB and audio ports enhance functionality, while the manual water fill system simplifies operation.
