The Winston Industries HOV7-04HP is a mobile, half-height proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and temperature control. This CVap® Holding Cabinet features a compact undercounter design, making it ideal for kitchens with limited space. It accommodates up to four 13" x 18" sheet pans or four 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack.
Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, this cabinet ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel offers advanced features, including HACCP temperature downloads, wireless programming, and manual water fill. Additional USB and audio ports enhance functionality, while the on/off fan control allows for customized air circulation.
