The Winston Industries HOV7-04UV is a mobile, half-height proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and temperature control. This CVap® Holding Cabinet features a robust insulated construction and convection holding capabilities, accommodating up to four 18" x 26" sheet pans, eight 13" x 18" sheet pans, or eight 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack.
Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, it ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes advanced features such as HACCP temperature downloads, wireless programming, and USB & audio ports for enhanced functionality. Users can easily manage airflow with the on/off fan control and perform manual water fills as needed.
