The Winston Industries HOV7-05SP is a mobile, half-height proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and temperature control. This CVap® Holding Cabinet features a robust insulated construction and convection heating, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans, ten 13" x 18" sheet pans, or five 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack.
Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, it ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel offers advanced features including HACCP temperature downloads, wireless programming, and USB & audio ports for enhanced functionality. Additional features include on/off fan control and a manual water fill option. The cabinet's stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and ease of cleaning.
