The Winston Industries HOV7-05UV is a mobile, half-height proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and temperature control. This CVap® Holding Cabinet features a robust insulated construction and convection heating, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans, ten 13" x 18" sheet pans, or ten 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack.
Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, it ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise temperature management, HACCP temperature downloads, and wireless programming capabilities. Additional features include USB and audio ports, on/off fan control, and a manual water fill option.
