The Winston Industries HOV7-14UV is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and convenience. This full-size, insulated convection holding cabinet accommodates up to 14 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans, 28 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 28 hotel pans measuring 12" x 20". It features a robust load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack, ensuring reliable performance. Equipped with two field-reversible hinged solid Dutch doors and a magnetic door handle, this cabinet offers easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes advanced features such as HACCP temperature downloads, wireless programming, and USB & audio ports for enhanced functionality. Users can also enjoy on/off fan control and a manual water fill option. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the HOV7-14UV meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for food service operations.
